    On January 10 from 2.30pm to 4.30pm, took place in the Faculty of Human Kinetics the Advanced Studies Course of the Doctoral Seminar in the area of Sports Training. The theme was "Ecological Dynamics and motor learning design in sport" and was taught by Professor Keith Davids (School of Human Movement Studies/Queensland University of Technology).

    On January 11 from 9am to 1.30pm, Keith Davids and Duarte Araújo chaired the seminar “Advanced Topics in Skill Acquisition: An Ecological Dynamics Framework” that encompassed invited ‘hot-topics’ talks by SpertLab members.

    Vanda Correia, PhD student of the SpertLab, was granted with the António Paula Brito Award for Young Investigator attributed by the Portuguese Society of Sport Psychology, on the 5th November 2011.

    On December 14, from 9.30am to 4.30pm, will take place in the Faculty of Human Kinetics the Advanced Studies Course of the Doctoral Seminar in the areas of Sports Training, Motor Learning and Development, Rehabilitation and Ergonomics. The theme is "Nonlinear methods for studying perception and action" and will be taught by Michael A.
